I led complex greenfield and startup projects, with a track record that included three major industrial greenfield builds and over 15 cross-border business transfers across various sectors, including automotive, aerospace, and industrial automation.
My work encompassed the entire project lifecycle—from site selection and permitting through operational ramp-up, team recruitment and development, and process optimization.
I worked closely with public authorities, investors, and local and international partners to deliver fast, stable, and scalable industrial operations.
Whether launching new facilities, relocating production, or scaling up capabilities, I brought the structure, pace, and precision required to make it happen on time, within budget, and on target.

My assignments typically involved diagnosing performance bottlenecks, redesigning processes, restructuring teams, and implementing data-driven decision-making systems. I worked closely with leadership teams to align operations with strategic goals—often under demanding timelines or in complex, multi-country environments.
Whether improving quality and OEE, reducing scrap, accelerating delivery performance, or reshaping global supply chains, I applied a hands-on, results-oriented approach that consistently delivered measurable improvements in efficiency, quality, and profitability.
